    Audit

    30-minute sit-down, you show how guest comms run today. We list what hurts and what we'd fix first.

  2. (02)

    Build

    1–3 weeks per product. Live demo on real data by end of week one. If it doesn't earn its keep, we don't keep building.

  3. (03)

    Handover

    You own the keys. Edit anything yourself, no agency lock-in, no "only Hubert can change this".

  4. (04)

    Month of support

    On call for a month after launch. Bugs, tweaks, small changes — included. After that, it's your call.
