You own it. At handover the hub, the bot, the content and the accounts are yours. No agency lock-in, no monthly licence to keep the lights on, no "only Hubert can change this".

The hub goes with the property or comes with you — your call. If it stays, we help the new owner take over the content in an afternoon. If you're building a new villa, we move it across. Nothing is tied to us.

No. Most of what we build is a one-time setup with a month of support included. You're never trapped in a subscription to keep your own page online.

Hosting & tech

We host it for you on fast, reliable infrastructure — nothing for you to manage. The QR code points to a live link that simply works, on any phone, anywhere.

None. If you can use WhatsApp, you can run this. Editing content is plain text in a simple screen — no code, no developer, no support ticket.

For a month after launch we're on call — bugs, tweaks and small changes are included. After that, things rarely break, and you always know where to find us.

Languages, updates & data

Whatever your guests speak. Samui sees Russian, German, French, Thai and English daily — we build multilingual from the start, and bots reply in the guest's own language.

Anytime, yourself. Swap a restaurant pick, update the WiFi password, change house rules — it's live the moment you save it. No waiting on us.

Pricing & process

A Smart QR Hub starts at ฿5,000 one-time. Larger builds — concierge bots, developer suites, brand and marketing — are scoped per project so you only pay for what fits. Clear numbers before anything starts.

Most products go live in one to three weeks, with a working demo on your real data by the end of the first week. If it doesn't earn its keep, we don't keep building.

A 30-minute sit-down. You show how things run today, we list what hurts and what we'd fix first. No deck, no pressure — just a straight look at whether it's worth doing.
