Privacy Policy

Who we are

Automate Thailand (operated by Atiya Samui Co., Ltd.) builds AI agents, automations and guest hubs for hospitality and property businesses on Koh Samui, Thailand. This policy covers data we handle through this website and our services.

What we collect

When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or a form, we receive what you choose to send — typically a name, a contact number or email, and details about your villa or project.

Guest hubs we build are designed to collect as little as possible. A hub shows information to guests; it does not require guest accounts or store sensitive personal data on our side. We do not process card or payment data — bookings and payments are handled by the relevant provider, not by us.

How we use it

To reply to you, scope and deliver the work you asked for, send project updates, and keep records of what we agreed. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent when you reach out, and on the legitimate interest of running and supporting the services you engage us for, as permitted under the PDPA.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We use a small number of trusted service providers — such as hosting and messaging infrastructure — strictly to operate the service. We share data with them only as needed, and only to deliver what you asked for.

Retention

We keep project and contact records for as long as we work together and a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Contact us and we'll action it — usually within days, not weeks.

Security

We host on reputable infrastructure, limit who can access data to the people delivering your work, and keep what we hold to the minimum the job needs.

Terms of Service

Scope of work

We deliver the specific products and automations agreed in writing for each project. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before work starts.

Ownership & handover

On full payment, the deliverables — your hub, bot, content and the accounts we set up for you — are yours. There is no licence required to keep them running and no agency lock-in.

Payment

Pricing and payment terms are agreed per project before we begin. One-time setups are invoiced as agreed; larger builds may be staged.

Support

Every launch includes one month of support — bugs, tweaks and small changes. Ongoing support beyond that can be arranged separately.

Liability

We build carefully and honestly, but we provide the services "as is" and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute we'll first try to resolve directly and in good faith.
